Cha-Cha-Cha, Budapest - 5/2009
Whassup beat monkeys! Last January I laid down a pretty radical set at club Cha-Cha-Cha in Budapest, Hungary. I recorded the mix, but the file became corrupt and I lost it. The track selection was too good to let go to waste, so I set out to recreate the set the best I could. I also made sure to include some of my usual tricks to add that live feel to it. I might of even gotten carried away a bit...sheeeeit.....you know me! This mix is bursting with serious flavor. It's like an electronic fruit salad weapon of mass destruction, assaulting your taste buds with starburst warheads and dripping acid bombs. Hard and juicy electro house with classic vocal hooks reworked to be damned, punchy tribal house, full on rippin' techno, then some uplifting and melodic progressive sounds at the end. Pure magic!
